AlmavivA do Brasil  has received the 12the Modern Consumer Prize for the excellence of its customer services”, for the special Best Contact Center of the Yearcategory.

 

This is an important award for our company which, launched in Brazil only 4 years ago, is investing significantly in customer relations and maintains top quality levels, with respect to customer and partner retention and loyalty. The award – now in its 12th year – is given by the Modern Consumer Magazine, a specialist services periodical and partner of the GFK Institute, one of the most important market research companies, and is aimed at identifying and spreading the best services procedures targeting Brazilian customers. It is considered Brazil’s Oscar prize for Contact Centers.

 
The award ceremony, held in the HSBC Hall in Sao Paulo, has brought together and celebrated companies such as Tim, Fiat, Bradesco, Mercedes Benz, Net, Carrefour, Coca-Cola, Poste, Gol Linhas Aéreas, Globo Internacional, Nokia, O Boticário, Sky, Tecnisa, and other top market enterprises.

The Modern Consumer award for excellence in customer services is given based on an in-depth analysis of the strategies of all the registered companies, culminating in a technical evaluation of its communication channels. After six months’ work, the organizers of the award shortlist the companies presenting the best quality indices, among which AlmavivA do Brasil achieved the top average grade, nationwide, for its quality Customer Care services.
