10 December 2012. Starting today, Marco Tripi is the new CEO of AlmavivA do Brasil, bringing with him his international know-how on the CRM and IT market. Already Global CEO of the AlmavivA Group and controlling shareholder, Marco Tripi is also Vice President of Assotelecomunicazioni-ASSTEL and is on the Board of Assinform, the two Confindustria-member organizations dealing with telecommunications and Information Technology, respectively. 
He is also Vice President of Unindustria Roma and Lazio, where he is in charge of developing the Digital Agenda and Administrative Simplification. 

The outgoing CEO – Giulio Salomone – has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of AlmavivA do Brasil and Almawave do Brasil. Further appointments include Marco Lupi, General Operations Manager in Brazil, Roberto Ribeiro, Chief Commercial Officer, and Carlo Ruggeri, General Manager of Staff, who will all report to the CEO. 

AlmavivA Group is promoting this strategic change in the top management team to further speed up growth in Brazil. AlmavivA do Brasil, in fact, is expanding its operations and presence in the country. Over the last two years it has doubled its annual turnover, from 150 million to 300 million reais, and expects to close 2013 with a turnover of 400 million reais. These changes are preparing AlmavivA for a new bout of expansion in the country, with the ultimate goal to become the industry leader in 2014.
