The Forum PA event, which for 22 years now is regarded as the number one opportunity in Europe to showcase solutions for public sector innovation, will be held at the Fiera di Roma trade fair facility from May 9 to 12, 2011.
 
Forum PA 2011 is sponsored by the President of the Italian Republic and promoted jointly by the Ministry of Public Administration, ANCI (Union of Local Government Authorities) and UPI (Union of Provincial Governments), and will be focusing on Networks. The Network theme is the metaphor of an open society built on cross-sector relationships and featuring a wealth of relational assets, as the necessary context for improving the quality of life and spreading welfare. The network metaphor is based on a new and stronger connection between citizens, the civil society, businesses and social enterprises as a prerequisite for the stable economic recovery of the country as a whole. Last but not least, the network metaphor relies strongly on innovation in the fields of technology, organization and regulation, as a means for creating the conditions for a different and more significant role of government and the public sector in development.

The Government innovation reform process in centered on the citizen-customer and the technology that is functional to the achievement of this objective. This is the backdrop for the development of Government Front Office activities, services and solutions, which are crucial and, indeed, critical for enhancing the efficiency of the public sector, at all levels. Alongside the physical front office, in fact, a range of new and effective communications channels can be opened with Government, based on cutting-edge digital technology.

Round table on "Protecting legal employment: quality and completeness of information" promoted by AlmavivA, featuring the participation of Antonio Amati, General Manager of the IT Division

 

On March 22, 2011, the Chairman of INAIL, Mr. Sartori, and General Lavacca of the Carabinieri Police Force, signed a protocol for sharing and immediately exchanging law enforcement data. The operation will enable both faster and more effective controls and the definition of risk indicators, for detecting businesses where significant violations of the law are taking place. The agreement formalizes an already longstanding partnership between the two organizations and upgrades the existing partnership, with respect to the quality of the information collected and exchanged by the parties, opening up a series of horizons for further important joint projects. The system, which has been developed by AlmavivA in its capacity as the entity responsible for the SpCoop Contract entered into by both the organizations, provides for further integration with the other Government organizations involved in the inspection activities, including INPS, the Internal Revenue Service (Agenzia delle Entrate) and the Ministry of Labor.

Conference on "Social Networking Projects: Agorà, a year on! - INPS reports on a year in the life of the Social Network set up by its employees"  Promoted by Almawave and AlmavivA, featuring the participation of Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave

 

 
The aim of the event is to valorize the FORUM PA 2011 show as an opportunity to update and upgrade the Corporate Social Networking project developed by INPS, with the support of AlmavivA-Almawave and announced at last year’s FORUM PA 2010.
 
The event also reaches out to the world of social networking: besides the conventional communication channels, in fact, two pages have already been opened on Facebook and Twitter. In particular, the Facebook fanpage will promote the contents of the event; through Twitter it will be possible to report, live, the key issues emerging from the speeches, collecting any questions by the users for the speakers at the Q&A session.
