Tomorrow AlmavivA will attend the study session promoted by the Italian Association of IS Auditors

The Italian Association of Information Systems Auditors (ISACA Milan Section) is gathering the Italian professionals working in auditing and monitoring ICT systems. This encourages the exchange of methodologies and promotes a process of awareness of all levels of the company with regard to the need to establish appropriate control criteria for both the reliability of the organization and for the security of the systems. Roger Cataldi, who is in charge of AlmavivA’s Cyber Security Practice, is participating in the AIEA’s study session  to be held tomorrow in Turin.

AlmavivA will explore the subject of Cyber Threat Intelligence, with the goal of minimizing the risks of system violations and the its scale of the damages in case of event.

This is an activity that follows the typical logic systems of business intelligence and aims to collect the most useful information to identify, recognize and analyze existing and expected threats to render an organization's defensive systems more effective and efficient.

At the center of Cataldi’s participation is the Joshua platform – AlmavivA’s CybeRiskVision, which, following logics guided by broad-spectrum information, allows to define, monitor and improve its overall level of information security, according to a context analysis approach based on Big Data and OSINT techniques. The data collected by the AlmavivA’s platform on Trending and Highlights of the National Cyber Risk will be illustrated, with particular attention to the top performing private companies in the Piedmont Region.
