"Just the woman I am": on Sunday 3rd March AlmavivA will be in Turin for the event supporting university research into cancer
AlmavivA stands alongside “Just the woman I am”, due to take place in Turin’s Piazza San Carlo on 2nd and 3rd March: a sporting, cultural, wellness and social event supporting university research into cancer, organised by the university system for the Turin area.
On Sunday, a large AlmavivA contingent will be taking part in the event, which last year attracted over 80,000 visitors, involving women and men, side by side, in the non-competitive race and the six-kilometre walk.
Training and university research, physical activity and nutrition are the key words for “Just the woman I am”, an event which begins on Saturday with the opening of the Prevention Village and continues on Sunday with free preventive visits, fitness and dance lessons, DJ sets and much more.
