The presence of women on the Boards of Directors of Almaviva Group companies has exceeded 45%. Almaviva is proud to announce this today, on International Women’s Day, reaffirming its commitment to overcoming the digital gender gap and to building a future in which gender equality is no longer a goal, but a reality.

According to ISTAT, in the past five years only 21% of students enrolled in STEM degree programs in Italy have been women, a figure that confirms the significant gender gap which still characterizes female presence in these disciplines.

Equal opportunities for training, growth, and career development for both men and women, from first hires to top management positions: gender equality is an integral part of the group’s corporate culture, in line with Goal 5 of the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
