In the 21st edition of the Prêmio Consumidor Moderno, during the live special yesterday evening, for the second time in a year, AlmavivA do Brasil won the highly sought after award in the Contact Center do Ano - Grandes Operaçoes category.
The goal of this award par excellence in customer service is to identify and spread the best practices in CX services for Brazilian customers.
