In the evocative setting of Expo 2020 Dubai, AlmavivA participated in the “2022 SAP Seaports Innovation Summit”, an event promoted by SAP to present innovations and trends in the seaports sector during this period of great turmoil for Middle Eastern ports.

To demonstrate how digital technology can help seaports achieve maximum strategic benefits, AlmavivA presented its solutions for the Port Community System (PCS) and Terminal Operator System (TOS) to potential clients in attendance at the event, such as DP Word, Karachi Port, Sharjan Ports Autority, Gulftainer, Abu Dhabi Ports, and Mawani.

Vincenzo Bloise, with his colleagues Eugenio Greco and Alessandro Chierico, illustrated several solutions that have already been successfully implemented in the Italian ports of Genoa, Bari, Taranto, and Messina.
