- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, and/or equivalent - preference will be given to those who have completed a thesis on the topic of intelligent transportation systems in the road sector
- Knowledge of the most recent technological trends related to information technology and telecommunications
- Innovative approach
- Ability to work on a team
