The event, organised by the Editorial Group with the assistance of the European Commission, saw leading national and international companies in the sector take to the stage

Rome, 4th June 2018 - Valeria Sandei, Almawave CEO, has been named CEO of the Year for Innovation & Leadership, Innovative Customer Experience Solutions. The Fonti Awards 2018 prize was handed over at the Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, home to the Milan Stock Exchange, with the following explanation: “In recognition of her qualities as a manager and the significant contribution she has made to the growth of Almawave, founded in 2008 with the aim of creating and bringing to market innovative and technological solutions that are easy to use as they are people-centred and based around natural language. The company is now one of the main international players in the Customer Experience sector.”
