Founded in 2007 as an offshoot of the FBK “Fondazione Bruno Kessler” research laboratories, it was the first Italian technological services business to offer a portfolio of speech recognition solutions.

PerVoice utilises voice recognition technology in over 30 languages and enjoys a presence in 15 countries throughout the world, guiding market demands for the Media Monitoring, Contact Center, Medical and Verbalisation sectors.

PerVoice works alongside Almawave, contributing to the ongoing growth of the Iride® Customer Centric Suite (a proprietary Almawave platform) by implementing and developing automatic speech recognition technologies based on cutting-edge speech-to-text algorithms and voice recognition.
