In compliance with best practices and national legislation on “whistleblowing”, specifically Legislative Decree n. 24 of 2023 and Legislative Decree n. 231 of 2001, the Almaviva Group companies have implemented an appropriate system for the collection and management of so-called “whistleblowing” reports. This system ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the content of his/her reports, as well as the legal protections provided for by law.
In order to ensure broad access for all recipients - employees, suppliers, collaborators, third parties, stakeholders, etc. - the Group’s companies have established several alternative reporting channels.
