Agile enables DevOps, DevOps supports Agile. How these two practices can maximize synergy. The extent to which this has been implemented and where there is still room for improvement. Almaviva is helping the Institute to navigate these issues, as demonstrated during the “Innovation Days: Agile for INPS” event, which took place yesterday.

Antonio Parisi, Head of DevOps Consulting for Almaviva, talked about how INPS already has numerous DevOps functionalities in place to support Agile teams. He demonstrated how these features have enhanced the Institute’s performance in terms of development and release management by presenting potential automation and evolution scenarios.

Among other things, the first initiative to successfully implement Agile practices at INPS was presented during the event as part of the INPS portal’s refactoring project, carried out by the Institute in partnership with Almaviva.
