“Artificial intelligence has become a global debate. It isn’t a single technology or technique, but rather a scenario of extremely complex technologies and applications that intersect with one another to generate useful and efficient solutions within different contexts. Regulatory evolution accompanies this AI scenario. A technology is neither good nor bad; what makes the difference is its conscientious use and an ethical framework within which to operate it.” Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave, spoke last Friday during the AI event organized by Il Fatto Quotidiano’s Scuola di Cittadinanza at the Department of Economics of Roma Tre University on occasion of the presentation of the course "Artificial Intelligence and Social Perspectives”.

In her speech Sandei talked about “Artificial Intelligence: Beyond the Horizon”.

“Our challenge is to prioritize our clients' needs. We do this by analyzing data in order to develop specific use cases for various application areas, combining cognitive services, data understanding, and business interpretation. Many sectors can benefit from this because technology is the most human thing there is. It’s our intention to improve and strengthen ourselves, and this can only happen by understanding how technology is used.”

Artificial Intelligence takes center stage once again on February 1st, during the final conference of the AI Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano’s School of Management, in collaboration with Almawave. Vincenzo Sciacca, Head of Product for Almawave, will participate in the roundtable discussion with other industry experts, to illustrate the current scenario and trends in the field of generative AI.
