At the intersection of art, architecture and design, the “Ambienti 1956-2010 Environments by Women Artists II” exhibit opens to the public on April 10th, showcasing nineteen immersive works that thrive on interaction with an audience, in organic continuity with the spaces of Rome’s MAXXI, designed by Zaha Hadid.

Almaviva has decided, once again, to support MAXXI, the first national museum dedicated to contemporary creativity, in its mission of research, reflection, and debate, recognizing its role as a venue for the preservation and exhibition of heritage, but also, and above all, as a laboratory for cultural experimentation and innovation, study, research, and the production of the aesthetic content of our time.

It does so as an "Innovation Partner" of a major new exhibit curated by Andrea Lissoni, Marina Pugliese, and Francesco Stocchi, which will occupy the entire first floor of the museum and its outdoor spaces. The exhibit represents the next chapter of the "Inside Other Spaces" exhibition project, initiated by the Haus der Kunst in Munich, which has highlighted the fundamental contribution of women to the history of what is still an under-explored form of artistic expression. MAXXI continues the research of the German institution and lengthens its original timeline, extending it to 2010, the year that the architecture of the museum was completed.

Employees of Almaviva Group companies will be able to visit the exhibit with a companion, enjoying a discount on the ticket price when they present their company badge.
