Today was a day full of opportunities for Almaviva as we met with a group of young women who were eager to explore job opportunities and career paths.

Almaviva4HER, held in the main headquarters of the Almaviva Group in Rome, was an opportunity for candidates to make themselves seen and to demonstrate their value in group challenges and individual interviews. At the heart of it all was the passion and motivation of each of the participants.

In today's meeting, Almaviva also reaffirmed its dedication to respecting, including, and promoting the unique qualities of each individual, as well as its commitment to maintaining a fair, heterogeneous, open, and balanced environment that encourages innovation and allows people to grow and express themselves to the fullest.

Fully committed to the challenge of reducing the gender gap in STEM fields, in particular in ICT professions, Almaviva promotes the adoption of policies that support gender equality and female empowerment within the company and improve women’s access to the job market, career paths, and leadership roles while encouraging work-life balance.
