“Common policies are needed, but above all specific measures in the various member states, which are capable of recalibrating the technological ecosystem of artificial intelligence in the G7 countries.”

Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave, delivered this message during her speech at B7 Italy 2024 in Verona. The event brings together the primary business and industrial federations of the G7 States and the European Union with the objective of formulating policy recommendations regarding the priorities of the global economic agenda to be addressed to the Presidency of the G7, this year led by Italy.

“The level of competitiveness among G7 nations in the development of AI is increasingly high. We are witnessing extremely rapid progress that’s reshaping the competitive landscape of this highly strategic sector more and more every day.

It’s within this context that concrete proposals, shared by different nations, must be put forward, taking into account topics like the promotion of human capital, the ecological transition, ethics, and inclusion.”
