The Almaviva4Talent event was held at the group’s headquarters in Rome on January 10th and 11th. A two-day recruiting event dedicated to young individuals who are passionate about the IT world, with the goal of putting the company in touch with new talents and creating solid opportunities for recent graduates of STEM and non-STEM disciplines.

Over the course of the two days, young men and women were guided through a journey of reciprocal knowledge. Through dialogue, group work, and one-on-one interviews, we tried to get to know each person, bringing out their potential and exalting their skills, with the goal of translating this experience into tangible hiring opportunities. Each one of them was a source of innovation and value.
