The call for scholarships funded by Almaviva in support of the ‘H for Human’ Foundation to support students who choose new technologies courses at H-FARM College is online.
The world of work is changing. In the last 8 years, the average user on LinkedIn has seen the skill sets required by professions change by 25% and a further 65% change is expected by 2030 globally. Among the most sought-after professional figures currently in Italy are AI experts, cybersecurity professionals, cloud engineers, and data management experts.
In this context, Almaviva aims to support the students who choose STEM faculties at H-FARM College for the academic year 2024/25, by making available three scholarships, funded by the ‘H for Human’ Foundation, the H-FARM Foundation that supports young talents, promotes social inclusion and local development projects and promotes the spread of a shared digital culture.

Looking out for the most deserving, we face the challenge of teaching digital skills in our Academies every day, in collaboration with schools, universities and partners such as H-FARM College, helping to reduce the gender gap in STEM, in particular the gap present in ICT professions," underlines Marina Irace, Almaviva Group HR Director.

Students who meet the requirements set out in the call for applications can send their application, following the procedure indicated, no later than May 14, 2024.
