Italian public administration is currently engaged in digitization projects that, contrary to the fragmentation between entities that characterized its past, are part of a strategic plan based on systemic platforms and shared objectives, with the NRRP serving as a key tool for implementing these initiatives in the coming years.

But what are the actual trajectories of digitalization in public administration and what is the status of progress in digital transformation plans? Which projects and enabling technologies are to be considered the true drivers of digital innovation? To what extent are the CIOs of public administration steering innovation processes and what obstacles must be overcome?

These are just some of the questions posed to approximately one hundred of Italy's leading PA CIOs as part of an initiative promoted by NetConsulting cube with the support of Almaviva, Contentsquare, Deda Next, Google Cloud, Jakala Civitas, Salesforce, SAS, ServiceNow, and TIM.

The conference on May 15, 2024, taking place from 2pm to 6:30pm at Palazzo Wedekind in Rome, will be an opportunity to present and discuss the results of the survey. Antonio Amati, General Director of Almaviva’s IT Division, will share is perspective during the roundtable entitled "The State of Digitalization in PA and Progress in Digital Transformation Plans: Where We Stand".
