The topic of attracting, developing, and promoting talented individuals has long been a focus of businesses and public administration.

“We’re the country with the fewest graduates in STEM disciplines, but we’re also the country with the best humanities universities and the greatest artistic heritage in the world. The digital frontier offers many opportunities. Providing humanities graduates with training in digital skills makes it possible to bridge this gap and create new professional figures that work in vertical domains such as Cultural Heritage.” These were the words of Marina Irace, Almaviva's Group HR Director, at the event promoted by Cotec - Foundation for Innovation and held at the IQOS Embassy in Rome, which focused on the topic of "Talent Management - A Challenge for Businesses and Public Administration" and was attended by the Minister of Public Administration, Sen. Paolo Zangrillo.

“How do you attract talent? At Almaviva, we have developed processes that prioritize people. This is only possible if each individual is in tune with his or her colleagues and with the company's values.”

“To train the talents of tomorrow and bridge the gender gap in STEM disciplines, early orientation programs are essential, capable of intercepting cultural changes starting from high school.”
