An innovative project that offers new opportunities for managing the water network and its facilities: introducing the Control Room of AQP Acquedotto Pugliese Spa, a new command center that integrates, processes, and manages a vast amount of collected data, accelerates the technological transformation initiated by one of the largest integrated water service providers in Italy, and provides its services to the entire Apulian region, from the Gargano to Santa Maria di Leuca, as well as some municipalities in Campania, ensuring water supply in sub-distribution to Acquedotto Lucano Spa throughout Basilicata.

Almaviva is a key player in the digitalization process of this cutting-edge integrated water system, acting as a "digital brain" that takes care of public water, an essential tool that is in synergy with Smart Water Management, making it possible to streamline the activities of all strategic works present in the 33,000 kilometers of water and sewerage networks, provide predictive analysis to manage maintenance more effectively, and track the entire cycle of customer reports. The objective is to improve maintenance and repair times while supporting the network rehabilitation process and reducing losses. In the near future, the goal is to integrate this data with that of other public entities and service providers in order to efficiently and effectively manage emergencies.
