To support its business and improve the quality of its services, AlmavivA is among the first Italian ICT companies to adopt an Integrated Quality Management System according to BS PAS 99:2012, an internationally recognised best practice.
 
The Integrated Management System is based on Integrated Policy, which provides a description of the general principles that guide the company in the performance of its operations. Policy and guidelines identify the high-level results to be achieved and assist the company in properly using its results to achieve them.
Policy also provides a reference framework for establishing and reviewing concrete objectives within the scope of its activities.
 
AlmavivA has joined the United Nations Global Compact. Proposed by the former UN General Secretary Kofi Annan, the Global Compact has since become the World’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, with the purpose of promoting a sustainable global economy respectful of human and labour rights, the environment and the fight against corruption.
